GEORGIA DENTAL LABORATORY ASSOCIATION
The Georgia Dental Laboratory Association has four classifications of members:
Active Membership
Any commercial dental laboratory owned and operated by a person or persons of good reputation shall be eligible to apply for active membership. Membership shall be in the name of the laboratory and will be on a calendar year basis. A designated representative from the active member laboratory shall be eligible to hold office and shall be entitled to vote on all issues presented to the General Membership (one vote per laboratory). The cost of membership is $300.00 per year.
Associate Membership
Any person, firm or corporation not holding any proprietary interest in a commercial dental laboratory may be eligible for associate membership. Associate members are not eligible to vote or hold elective office. The cost of membership is $100.00 per year.
Honorary Membership
Any member deemed by the Board to receive this honor. Honorary members may serve on appointive committees, but shall not hold elective office or vote. Honorary members are not charged a fee for membership.
Educator Membership
Any person actively employed as an educator in an accredited dental laboratory program is eligible for educator membership. These members may attend educational programs, including lunch, at no cost. They are not eligible to vote or hold office. To print a copy of a membership application, please select one of choices below.
